Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

We are open to order cancellations, to issue refunds, and to accept returns. Please review our policies below!

 

Order Cancellation

You can request order cancellation for any in-stock item and we will issue a refund.

Preorder item cancellation is only possible under the following circumstances:

  • You preordered an item and the item was unable to be acquired as expected
  • You preordered an item and the item was damaged upon arrival to our warehouse via our forwarder

 

Returns

We will accept returns as long as the item is unused and undamaged. Please mind the following when returning an item:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging
  • You will not receive a refund until the item arrives back at our warehouse

Please return the item using the same shipping service we used to send the item to you (typically USPS Ground Advantage). We have selected these services because they are reliable, affordable and appropriate for the items being shipped.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You preordered an item and the item was unable to be acquired as expected
  • You preordered an item and the item was damaged upon arrival to our warehouse via our forwarder
  • You are returning an undamaged, unused item
  • You are requesting order cancellation of an in-stock item
  • Item was damaged by the post office during transit from our warehouse to you

All orders are covered by insurance through USPS! If an item was damaged by the post office during transit, please contact us and provide photo evidence. We will refund for the damaged items and then submit an insurance claim with USPS.

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • You are requesting order cancellation of a preorder item
  • Item has been used
